Marine fish with regularly ossified. Oval, quite deep and convex body. Relatively large eyes. The first 2 rays of the dorsal fin are very short. The 3rd is extended in the form of a whip and the others in drecreasing length. Pinkish color, mixed with other colors. It can weigh up to 10 kg.
