Xueguang Wang, Vice President & Secretary General of China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Alliance, presided over the drafting of the following vital documents:”14th Five-Year Plan”fishery development subsidy policy, the “Mid- and Long-Term Fisheries Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020)”, the “14th Five-Year Plan” National Fisheries Development Plan; drafted puffer fish open market policies, designed and implemented major projects of the national fishing port economic zone; have been responsible for the drafting of “No.1 central document” and fishery’s part of “No. 1 document of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs” for consecutive years; presided over and participated in the formulation and revision of standards of several fishery countries, industries and groups; presided over or participated in compiling more than 10 fishery-related industry development reports concerningfishery in large water bodies, species of crayfish,tilapia, puffer fish, and rice-fish integrated farming.
