Shakuntala Haraksingh Thilsted is a Senior Nutrition Expert at CGIAR, a global research alliance. She was Director of the Nutrition, Health and Food Security Impact Area at CGIAR until 2025. A recipient of the 2021 World Food Prize from the World Food Prize Foundation, she currently chairs the Scientific Advisory Committee of the UN Food Systems Coordination Hub.
