Amanda Fervenza

She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad Carlos III (Madrid) and completed her education with an MBA in International Business Management from ICEX-CECO.

She is currently Senior Innovation Consultant at Eatable Adventures, one of the three leading agrifoodtech accelerators in the world. Eatable Adventures detects, promotes and invests in the most disruptive startups that promise a relevant impact on the agri-food value chain.

Amanda has been involved in innovation strategy definition, start-up search and funding projects with corporations, governments and start-ups. An expert in international trade, with a focus on the food and beverage industry, she has also actively participated in projects related to the fishing industry and sustainability applied to the agri-food value chain.
