Jingjie Chu holds a PhD in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Policy. She has pursued her career at the World Bank since 2009, where she is currently Senior Economist for Environment, Natural Resources and the Blue Economy in the Global Environment Department. Her expertise focuses on natural resources, fisheries, aquaculture, biodiversity and coastal resilience.
