Sustainability Development Manager of Bolton Food
Héctor Fernández, PhD in Physics from the University of Santiago de Compostela with several master’s degrees in Environmental Management and Food Safety, is the Director of Sustainable Development, with a focus on Advocacy, Policy & Compliance, at Bolton Food.
He has held his professional activity in the world of tuna for almost 25 years, thanks to his extensive training as an internal auditor of food safety management systems and compliance professional, internationally certified by CESCOM and IFCA. His experience includes having been Quality and CSR Director of the Conservas Garavilla Group. In 2018, he joined the Bolton Food team as Compliance Director, until taking up his current position this year.
