Director of INFOFISH, an intergovernmental organisation specialising in market information and technical advisory services on fisheries products in the Asia-Pacific region.

Gemma Meermans Matainaho is Director of INFOFISH. She has over 18 years of experience in international fisheries trade, market development, policy advisory and strategic planning. Before joining INFOFISH, she worked for 15 years at the National Fisheries Authority of Papua New Guinea. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Business Studies).
