Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Republic of Angola.
Prof. Carmen Van-Dúnem do Sacramento Neto dos Santos, PhD in Marine Biology and Aquaculture, from the Lisbo University, and has category of Full Professor and principal researcher in national and international projects in scientific and also applied research from 1988 to the present date by Agostinho Neto University.
Throughout her career she held several management positions at the Agostinho Neto University and at the Ministry of Higher Education of Angola. She was currently Coordinator of the Installation Commission at the University of Namibia, in southern Angola.
Currently she holds the position of Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources of the Republic of Angola.
