Honorary researcher at INIDEP and representative of the National Executive in the Federal Fisheries Council
Doctor in Natural Sciences from the National University of La Plata, he specialises in fisheries assessment and management, coastal management and urban environmental management.
His professional career was at INIDEP where he directed the Coastal Project and the Remote Sensing Programme, and as Director of the Information, Operations and Technology area. He has been Provincial Director of Natural Resources at the Ministry of Environment for the Province of Buenos Aires.
He has been Sector Specialist of the Binational Project, GEF Freplata between Argentina and Uruguay.
He is currently an advisor to INIDEP, to the Joint Technical Commission for the Seafront between Uruguay and Argentina and holds the position of Advisor for the Executive Power in the Federal Fisheries Council of Argentina.
