    Testimonials

It can be seen that the show is bigger and more serious every year. This year there was more visibility in the city itself – everywhere you turn, Conxemar was there
Zoran Radan, Croatian Fishery Association (Croatia)
The Irish Food Office has always valued Conxemar very highly and for that reason we have been participating in the exhibition for many years, demonstrating the good relationship between Ireland and Spain and the strong commercial link between Irish exporters and their customers in Spain. For the Irish fishing sector, Conxemar provides an ideal context for face-to-face meetings with customers to assess the market situation and to meet new companies interested in high quality, sustainable Irish seafood products.
Roisin O’Sullivan, Bord Bia Irish Food Board
For Canada, Conxemar is a key event that we have attended almost since its inception and have seen it grow over the past 25 years to become the important trade exhibition that it is today. In general, our companies are very satisfied with the meetings and the business they do.
Máximo Hurtado, CITP/FIBP (Canadian Embassy in Spain)
This year we are attending Conxemar for the second time as exhibitors, and we hope to continue increasing sales and strengthening Spanish-Mauritanian relations. It is an important experience for us, as it allows us to have direct meetings and contacts with Spanish visitors and friends.
Mohamed El Mamy Bouhbeini, SMCP (Mauritania)
Clearwater Seafoods & Macduff Shellfish first exhibited at Conxemar in 2021, since when we have returned the following two years. Our company has a lot of valuable customers in South Europe markets; not only Spain and Portugal, but also Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and neighbouring countries. Attending this show gives us the opportunity to meet with these customers, showcase our products and have meaningful exchanges at an important time of the year – after the end of the summer and ahead of the end-of-year holiday season.
John Ashmore, Clearwater Seafoods LP (Canada)
